Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Everywherego (operated by EverywhereGO LLP, "we", "us"), an online travel platform for booking flights, hotels and holiday packages. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Our role

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, and other providers). Bookings are subject to the supplier's own fare rules, terms and conditions, which are presented before you pay.

2. Bookings & pricing

All prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed/confirmed; if a supplier price changes before confirmation, we will not complete the booking at the old price and any amount collected is refunded.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner. You authorise us to charge the total shown at checkout. We never store your full card details.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations are governed by the supplier's policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method or your wallet as applicable.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details (names must match government ID), valid travel documents, and meeting visa/health requirements. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information you provide.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the service fee charged by us for that booking. Suppliers are responsible for the travel services they provide.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office.
